Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be contacted with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added.
Credit Card Security
Wallpaper & paint store use Pay Pal for all payment transactions. This is fully encrypted for your ultimate security and peace of mind. Wallpaper & paint store do not hold any credit card details at all.
Use of this Site
By accessing and using any part of this site as either a customer or a visitor, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use this site or access or display any of the information made available to you on this site. These terms for the sale of goods govern any contract for sale that our company enters into with you.
Accuracy of Information
Whilst we make every effort to ensure that the information contained on this site is correct and indeed, check and review it on a constant basis, we cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies, loss or costs arising from those inaccuracies.
We reserve the right to amend and update these terms and conditions at any time.
Sale of goods
All Products are believed by wallpaper & paint store to be of a quality suitable for the purpose and specification for which they are intended. Any defect should be reported to wallpaper & paint store immediately it is discovered. All technical information in response to enquiry is given by wallpaper & paint store in good faith. It will ultimately be for You to satisfy yourself as to the suitability of the product having regard to Your own particular situation and upon site conditions that are unknown to wallpaper & paint store. The liability of wallpaper & paint store will not exceed the value of the Products supplied. In particular, loss of profits and consequential, financial and other such losses are excluded.

These UK regulations implement the EU ADR and ODR directives which aim at abolishing difficulties in resolving cross-border disputes, with the intention to remove barriers to cross-border e-commerce.
Compliance with these regulations is mandatory if you are under an obligation by law to use alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
